1. Faulty selector switch
The selector switch manages the oven’s different cooking functions. When the internal contacts wear out, power can cut in and out unexpectedly.

As the contacts degrade under repeated heat and current load, they can lose connection mid-cook, causing the oven to cut out randomly and occasionally recover when the knob is adjusted.
2. Loose or worn connections
Internal connections can become loose or worn, interrupting the electrical flow and causing the oven to switch off.
3. Temperature control fault
A faulty thermostat or control component may also cause unstable operation or unexpected shutdowns.
